As an Investor Relationship Manager, you will be cultivating relationships with a diverse pool of investors, including angel investors, limited partners and high-net-worth individuals. Your involvement can be as deep as your passion drives you, including diving into specific projects that are aligned with your interests.
Scope of work includes:
- You will play a critical role in identifying and building connections with investors, LPs and high-net worth individuals that could benefit from our expertise.
- You will be working closely with our General Partners as well as our advisors as you strengthen the capital raising function.
- Your ability to source new investment opportunities and understand our investors’ needs will be crucial to your success.
- Represent us properly at events, meetups and the broader ecosystem
- The current program is virtual
What We’re Looking For
- Passion in one or more of the following areas: equity research, investment banking, investor relations, or management consulting. 10-15 hours a week. this is a self-pace. More or less is up to you.
- Solid understanding of investing, and investment management landscape
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - ability to distill complex topics into a concise, consumable format
- Ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
- Resourcefulness and the ability to bring creative, data-driven solutions to every problem and never see a challenge as a dead-end
- The program is not meant to function as a full-time job and can be done concurrently with existing commitments. You will be compensated based on the project-based services that you facilitate during the process.
