Vincent has also been an active venture investor and startup advisor. He has served as a Partner at Global Millennial Capital, Venture Partner at VU Venture Partners, Asymmetry and Erez Capital, where he played a pivotal role in investment decisions and strategies. He is also a board member of several startups and has been serving as Judge in startup pitch competitions in Silicon Valley and as a Mentor in Founder Institute. His past investments include OpenAI, Starday Foods, Biofire, Flex, Vertical Oceans and more.
Vincent's strategic acumen is complemented by his strong technical background of developing innovative solutions. He holds a Master's degree in AI & Data Science from the George Washington University and represented the university in the Innovation Datathon, awarded by the Governor of Virginia. As a founding member of Yonder app, the digital storytelling arm of Webtoon [NASDAQ: WBTN], Vincent led the strategy and measurement framework that rapidly scaled user growth.

Vincent has a wide network with policy makers informing his future proofed strategies. He also holds an Executive Master's degree in Public Administration/International Tech Policy from Cornell university, working with officials and legislators on technology policies. As a Country Manager at Climate Scorecard, Vincent delivers critical monthly intelligence to US policymakers and industry leaders on Electric Vehicle and Autonomous Driving policies.
Vincent actively looks into ways to bridge the gap between social impact and technology advancements. He serves on the board of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (San Francisco), and the Reeds Fund providing scholarships and entrepreneurship programs for young adults in autism spectrum.
